All offers are to be submitted in sealed envelopes accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to “Royal LePage Riverbend Realty in Trust” of $10,000 with one or multiple bids. Successful bidder will be notified by November 22, 2024. Cheques will be returned in respect to tenders that are not accepted by November 22, 2024 or sooner.

Successful bidders will be asked to enter into a formal Purchase agreement. The purchaser(s) shall be responsible for payment of GST or shall self-assess for GST.
