The following will apply to all tenders:

o The highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

o Purchaser will be responsible for real property taxes commencing on possession date.

All offers are to be submitted in sealed envelopes accompanied by a certified cheque or bank draft payable to “Royal LePage Riverbend Realty in Trust” of $25,000. Successful bidder will be notified by April 15, 2025.

Successful bidder will be asked to enter into a formal Purchase agreement. The purchaser(s) shall be responsible for payment of GST or shall self-assess for GST.
