Sheldon has been a licensed farm real estate agent since 1998 and specializes in large dairy, poultry and arable land sales. Since the sale of their family farm, he has continued to be involved in raising purebred Holstein and Purebred Red Angus cattle. Sheldon has been a past board member of the Manitoba Holstein Association, a co-chairman of the 2012 Canadian National Holstein Convention and is currently involved in youth sports programs in the Steinbach area.
